I have been in the land development and construction industry for over 40 years. As such, our association with realtors was constant and necessary to buy and sell for us. We experienced many that were basically so-so, some were very good and some were excellent. Alex Thomas and Kris Lee fall into the latter category. Extremely knowledgeable, market savvy, and an innate understanding of the emotional turmoil that goes along with the buying or selling of a property. I highly recommend them. My only regret is we are out of the business, if we were still actively involved, they would be our realtors.

For someone who depends on sales commissions I found that very refreshing and I would not hesitate to recommend Alex Thomas and Kris Lee to anyone wishing to sell their property.
